When I first talked to Carol Ann Zinn about the possibility of designing a small home for me, I had already spoken with several architects and builders. Carol Ann put together a design for me within 2 days of our telephone conversation, met with me at my property location, and showed me what she had in mind. It was a very lovely design incorporating the ideas we had talked about earlier. I immediately knew that I wanted to work with Carol Ann and her company to complete my home. Her build team was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and took all the time I needed to explain things as the build phase moved along. My house was completed on time, and I am very happy with it. Zinn Design Build has been wonderful to work with. I am highly recommending Zinn Design Build.
