“Hired E'Tronics to wire remodeled home for internet, telephone and cable tv. They also hung 5 TV's including a 65" TV over a porcelain tiled fireplace. “A few years ago, we hired a media company to install 5 TV's, Video, Sonos, speakers throughout the house, multi-purpose remotes, etc. Unfortunately, I didn't know about Modern Media Tech at the time. While the installation went fine, little things didn't quite work right and the limited "training" didn't stick. However, after I paid the big bill, the installer did not return my calls for help. I found Jon and his team and they helped me fine-tune the installation and learn how to use it properly. Over time, they have added a few things here and there (e.g., industrial strength wireless router) and spent the time to help me be a better user of the technology. (which I happily paid for). Jon is also good at providing options and making suggestions for future consideration. In short, these guys have great bandwidth: big projects, improved infrastructure, options at different price points and training. Great value for the money and nice people.”
