    “We enthusiastically recommend Danny Safirstein and his team to anyone who is planning a home remodeling project. Our experience with them was outstanding. They redesigned and upgraded the kitchen and two bathrooms in our new "dream home"--to our complete satisfaction and within our relatively tight timeline and budget. Other contractors we interviewed, prior to our decision to award the remodeling contract to Danny and team, said that they could not complete the work within our timeframe. Thus, what Danny and his team accomplished was no small feat, especially given the various logistical complications related to the pandemic at that time. What specific qualities did we find most appealing about this team? I would say their professionalism, follow-through commitment, and pride in their work. They really listened to our needs, provided sound and candid advice, and then respected and implemented the decisions we made about the work we wanted done. Moreover, both staff and contractors worked together seamlessly, making it easy on us as the clients to keep abreast of progress and results. It's now been almost two years since the work was completed. We are still busy admiring our new kitchen and bathrooms. And we very much appreciate that Danny has reached out to us a year after the work was completed, just to see that no remodeling-related issues had cropped up after the fact. So, we encourage folks to check out this company. You won't be disappointed.”

    “Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

He was simply the best to deal with, very professional, on time, and took a personal interest in the project, and within budget. We moved in 2 years ago and still love him and the contractor, C.W.     “We hired DRCD based on a referral and follow-up reference check from a client. We couldn't be more delighted with the selection and our project exceeds expectation. During the design process of our kitchen renovation, Ventse was able to provide guidance and ideas which helped elevate the space. During construction, the demo was extremely fast and first cabinets were hung on the same day! Ventse worked with our sub contractors (stone and appliances) to ensure a seamless installation and the project has delivered with the highest quality of product and workmanship. I intend to work with DRCD on other projects and can highly recommend working with them on your project.”

    “I worked with Inspired builders on my master bathroom remodeling back in 2021. I met David the project manager at the first meeting and he was very professional and honest. The estimate was very reasonable and fair, so after interviewing several companies I hired David and Inspired builders. We started with design, the designer was very thorough helping me choose my tiles and fixtures and took care of the permitting. David was often in my house running the project along with Antony the foreman and the crew. They were very professional and clean making sure my bed cloths are covered and protected. The project turned out exactly as I imagined and I am enjoying my new bathroom every day. I am planning to remodel my second bath next year and I will definitely call David again. Highly recommended!!”

Andrew is a thoughtful and caring professional, who works hard to ensure that his clients build the best home for their budget. He works closely with the clients, architect and designer and is in constant communication with the whole team. The clients are very comfortable asking him questions and they love working with him. Andrew is a team-player with a positive attitude. He provides input to the design ideas and has great attention to detail.”

    “We hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen in our condo. We had met with two other contracting companies and we were given a similar quote as Clever but to be honest, meeting with Gilli gave me a totally different level of confidence than meeting with the others. We replaced most of the carpeting in our home with European Oak wood flooring which is beautiful. We also had the kitchen cabinets refinished and a new stainless steel over the range microwave installed as well as coordinating new sink fixtures and all new cabinet hardware. Recessed lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen, and master bath with necessary patching and all ceilings painted. Roy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project -plumbing, electrical, carpentry- displaying true craftsmanship in his work. Gilli was great to work with, she is very detail oriented and he and his team always left our house and the common areas in the condo building extremely clean (cleaner than it was originally, honestly). The Clever Design and Remodeling team really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Strongly recommended!!!!”
