“We asked several companies to bid on our replacement of cedar posts on our patio and gazebo. Paul came to our house to see what the project would entail. He also brought the team leaders to get their input and then provided a quote with an itemized budget. His quote was fair, and he addressed our concerns. Throughout the job he kept us informed of the progress and any potential problems. He was straight forward and honest. It was a pleasure to deal with him. The work was more than satisfactory and was completed on time. We plan to consider his company (Homeco) for future projects. We highly recommend him.”

“My experience with Mr. Hernandez was nothing less than perfect. We review the job and the cost and Mr. Hernandez and his team went to work. They did everything they said they would do and more. Each day they left the job site clean and orderly and showed up each day early to get going. We had our deck refinished a few shingles on the roof replaced and some rooted boards replaced. “We used Wolff Custom Homes for a home repair and remodeling job. The staff was amazing to work with and the crews that came to the house we on time and did excellent work. The sheetrock crew blended and textured the new sheetrock in so well that there were no signs of repair. I would definitely recommend Wolff Custom Homes and am planning on using them when I build my home in Johnson City.”

“What started with moving furniture and noticing a soft spot in the carpet along the edge of an outside wall and a water spot suddenly appearing in the ceiling above it with San Antonio’s heavy rains of Sept 2018 started our journey with DMJ Restorations. Sam Hoffman was extremely knowledgeable in guiding us through the insurance process and, because of his efforts, we actually received more money than we might have received otherwise. We learned a lot along the course. We have been so pleased with their entire team for a multitude of tasks they did for us – roofing, demolition, construction, sheetrock, painting and carpet installation. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they were going to do (and then some), and cleaned up extremely well after themselves. All while respecting our home and its contents. They paid attention to all of the little details, some we wouldn’t have thought of on our own, and made sure we were satisfied from start to finish. Would we recommend them to others? YOU BET and without hesitation!”

“Remodeled about 40% of the house including total expansion and renovation of the kitchen; expanding and renovating the den to also incorporate the previously unair-conditioned, glassed-in patio; added a second floor room and bath; renovated the laundry room; and repainted and refloored (wood flooring) the entire renovated area. Westphall was very responsive to my request for an estimate; providing it in one week. Once they were selected for the project, planning was completed and building permits received in an expeditious manner. Soon thereafter the work began and overall was completed ahead of schedule and within the estimated cost. Westphall oversaw the work, including numerous sub-contractors, on virtually a daily basis. Their quality assurance of work preformed was excellent insuring my total satisfaction with the final products. Westphall was extremely responsive to the inevitable changes requested throughout a large project as mine. Cost estimates for modifications to the original plans were received in a timely manner so that savings were realized because unnecessary work prompted by the modifications was avoided, yet the work was never delayed. I would hire Westphall in the future and recommend him to others”

“Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the home and enthusiastically recommend Nathan Murphey to anyone considering construction of a custom home. We were so pleased with Nathan that we only considered Evolutionary Homes as a contractor to build a workshop / detached garage in 2019.”

He worked closely with us and our builder throughout the process to insure that the integrity of his conceptual design was realized. Ignacio chose low maintenance contemporary building materials and techniques to give us a unique design that took full advantage of the views afforded by the site. He is very accommodating to our likes and needs regarding interior design issues of which he is also very adept. Ignacio worked tirelessly to locate alternative acceptable products and solutions to help keep us within our budget. His positive, friendly, and accommodating personal demeanor has made the project fun and exciting for us. He has made our dream house come true. " The Goat Sheds" home project pays homage to a way of life that supported our family for generations.”
