“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“A R Home Construction was awesome. I was so nervous hiring someone I really didn’t know for such a big job. My first meeting with Tommy put me at ease I was sent a full estimate within 24 hours of meeting him. It was also a pleasure to deal with everybody in the A&R team they were all professional and courteous. The start date and the completion date for the project were right on target not many contractors can say that. I was also very impressed by Tommy‘s attention to detail and style he was instrumental in many of the decisions made on this project when it came to tiles and fixtures not only did he make suggestions but he actually accompanied me to retail stores to help make choices. I can honestly say that my house looks like something out of a showroom I feel A&R has exceeded my expectations in this project.”

“We needed a complete remodel for our bathrom. They were easy to work with and assisted us in meeting our budgetary goal while providing a great looking room with quanlity materials/fixtures. Every aspect of the job was handled professionally and no corners were cut. Kim and Jay communicated before and after every phase of the job to make sure were where informed, and happy with each part of the project. They take customer satisfaction personally and we are very happy with the bathroom. We highly recomend "Everything Under The Roof" for any project.”

“My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. “In the past twelve months, I undertook a major renovation of my home. This was the first time I was involved in a project of this size. The project called for a gut renovation of a majority of the house (while my three sons and I continued to live in the home). This included a complete redesign of the entire first floor (kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom) which involved the removal of a major load bearing wall. We also gut renovated the master bath (adding a laundry closet) and a hall bath on the second floor while redesigning the master bedroom and all common areas of the house. Merri's knowledge of floor layout and modern design concepts allowed for a project with a number of unique twists to come together on time and within the original budget. Merri was flexible in providing advice and guidance on the project while also being careful to incorporate my ideas. She has the ability to take the thoughts/concepts of a client and turn them into reality in the project. My experience is this is not a universal ability for all designers. She was always sure to listen to my requests and take the time to point out the issues these requests can have on the project including timing and budget ramifications. Finally, Merri worked well with a number of subs on the job to be sure that they were following her design concept while the project advanced from the rip out to finish stages. I was highly impressed with her and I continued to use her expertise on the finish work including color design, drapery suggestions as well as furniture and carpeting choices. I enthusiastically recommend Merri for your project. ”

“I cannot recommend this great family business enough! I hired them last year for a full kitchen renovation, and they were able to complete the project with no major issues. They were extremely professional and payed attention to every little detail, giving me the kitchen I have always wanted.
