“Complete remodel (gut job) on a 4300 square ft 1970s ranch. Ceilings were raised, sunken living room filled in, new kitchen with custom cabinets and an island that was the centerpiece of the home. The home was completed in less than 4 months. When complete it was a showplace. The workmanship was first class. Great job. Used them to do another home in 2014 which also turned out great.”

He asked questions other designers and contractors did not; even engineering, electrical and structural questions that others didn't ask us. That's very reassuring. “My experience with Heritage was totally positive. They came out, evaluated my problem, explained what was needed to fix it and provided an estimate. I had a large bump in my sub flooring. They repaired the floor and put down a new wood floor. They were always polite and answered all of my many questions during the process. I knew when they were coming and what work was going to be done. When it was time to pick out the flooring they were patient and allowed me to take time to change my mind before ordering. A contract was signed prior to the work and the cost to me remained the same, even when the problem proved to be more difficult than anticipated. I love my flat beautiful floor and the process was without stress or worry. I would, and have, recommended Dan Harder and Dan Reiger at Heritage Home Works to anyone that wants work done on their home. I hope to use them again in the future for other projects.”
