“We had our bathroom and kitchen completely rebuilt from scratch in our condo. We hired Aero Kitchen because they came highly recommended and they were the best by far of the 3 quotes we received. The first quote was from a major home improvement chain. The second was from a contractor utilizing pre-fabricated purchased cabinetry which would have not quite fit (come up short) in our space. Aero Kitchen's quote was lower and presented custom built cabinetry, counters and tiling. In addition to being the best value, they were honest, sincere and accommodating. From the time leading up to and throughout the project, they kept demonstrating their integrity and accountability. They were very thorough in working and reworking the quote as well as keeping us updated and informed along the way. We gave them a hard deadline of 14 days and a fixed budget. They met both! In fact they were done 1 day ahead of schedule!!!! We would highly recommend Aero Kitchen for whatever degree of work needed.”

“My husband and I are impressed with the exceptional job that Classic Home Improvements did for our house. We initially had a basement that was dingy and unfinished and the team made it a welcoming space. The level of professionalism was to the highest standard. The team was accommodating (to our changes) and friendly. We both appreciated that the team would come daily at the same time. The entire team was always working hard! Every item complete was fully discussed, so there were no extra surprises. They were even accommodating to our family pets. Thank you!! We love our new living space!”

“Chad and Mark were great contractors to work with. The process went smoothly from our initial consultation to the end of the project. They kept in constant communication about the progress and ensured we were happy every step of the way. We especially liked that they were able to stay on budget and give us cost saving tips for work we opted to do on our own. Their sub-contractors were also good and everyone cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. I would recommend 1364 Services Inc. and would definitely hire them again.”

“Ian Roberts designed and built our new home for us and we are beyond thrilled with it! Not only was it amazing to work with one person from the very beginning right through to the end, but Ian's eye for detail resulted in a gorgeous and comfortable home. The project was virtually stress free for us as Ian oversaw every aspect. My husband and I described our dream house to Ian and he came through for us from concept to completion. Ian finished on time and on budget which seemed contrary to what everyone told us when we began the endeavor. “We have used Mr Build Dunbar in a variety of smaller projects that have always been completed on time and on estimate. The people doing the work are polite and professional. Using Mr Build Dunbar has made it easy for me in my work around our condo. I know that a phone call will get things done properly and promptly. Over our few years experience we are confident enough that we have just signed a contract for a roof replacement covering two buildings. His estimate was well prepared and competitive. it was simple to understand. They know what they are about and easy to work with.”
