“We had our bathroom and kitchen completely rebuilt from scratch in our condo. We hired Aero Kitchen because they came highly recommended and they were the best by far of the 3 quotes we received. The first quote was from a major home improvement chain. The second was from a contractor utilizing pre-fabricated purchased cabinetry which would have not quite fit (come up short) in our space. Aero Kitchen's quote was lower and presented custom built cabinetry, counters and tiling. In addition to being the best value, they were honest, sincere and accommodating. From the time leading up to and throughout the project, they kept demonstrating their integrity and accountability. They were very thorough in working and reworking the quote as well as keeping us updated and informed along the way. We gave them a hard deadline of 14 days and a fixed budget. They met both! In fact they were done 1 day ahead of schedule!!!! We would highly recommend Aero Kitchen for whatever degree of work needed.”

Using Mr Build Dunbar has made it easy for me in my work around our condo. I know that a phone call will get things done properly and promptly. Over our few years experience we are confident enough that we have just signed a contract for a roof replacement covering two buildings. “We had the pleasure of working with Dave Martin of Renovation Science on our bathroom renovation. We have worked with other contractors in the past, and we can honestly say Dave outshines them all! He is extremely talented, professional, experienced and hardworking. He knows the importance of keeping the client engaged in the renovation process. Dave respected our need to protect our hardwood staircase so he built protection for it. We appreciated his attention to keeping the workplace and our home clean. Dave was also able to take some design sketches and build a couple of very beautiful and creative recessed features. He even went to the trouble of building us a model of a recessed garbage can so that we could envision what one would look like. We have had many compliments on our bathroom and Dave's workmanship. We were so pleased with his work that we asked him to take on two other renovations for us. Again, he was able to take a designer sketch of recessed LED lighting for our living room and dining room ceiling; he did a beautiful job. Dave also took our sketch for a fireplace mantle and surrounding shelves and was able to make adjustments to our sketches using design software which made it very easy for us to envision what our feature fireplace would look like. Lastly, he built a beautiful large shed for us, complete with a shingle roof, lighting and concrete floor. Dave is a mechanical engineer with a Master's degree in building envelope technology. In part, I think this is what gives him an edge over the other contractors we have used. Our thanks to Dave and his passion for his work, and helping clients realize their dream renovations!”

“Cezar was engaged to build a 21st century guest bathroom with new porcelain wall and floor tiles, plumbing fixtures, shower, toilet and 4 drawer cabinet which required a complete demolition of the previous bathroom. He provided a complete scope of work covering the demolition and construction, and fulfilled all of his responsibilities admirably. In the preparation for the work to be done, he presented a number of competent, well developed design ideas which aided my understanding of the design possibilities for the room. Cezar has great understanding of the work from his long experience, and possesses outstanding skills and knowledge with an overriding very pleasant attitude toward his clients, and suppliers. He completed the work within the time required. The budget was increased as a result of changes made at my request, and through no fault of Cezar. I found his quiet, but very competent advice on colours for the tiles and paintwork invaluable, and a much better bathroom was created as a result.”
