“I am a mother of three youngs boys and my husband and I work full-time. We purchased our home in Westlake Village approximately 11 years ago. Neither of us had the time or talent to take on the remodel work our home needed. We hired Carol.. What a blessing. We told her we had a classic-cormfortable lifestyle and loved to entertain. We also told her when options were available to limit us to three as we had a difficult time making a decision. She is helping us with the following projects: * Guest Bathroom (cosmetic remodel) * Master Bathroom (reconstruction) * Living Room * Outdoor Living Area Not only did she help with every aspect of the design, drawings and selection of paint, tile, cabinets, hardware she coordinate with all the individual compaies involved in the projects above.”

“Ktichen renovation. First experience with remodeling. The Hahka team were professional and supportive. Designer Linda Billings was extremely accessible and helpful. Her suggestion to incorporate an island with the character of furniture is the statement piece that adds the "wow" factor to our kitchen. General contractor Randy Hahka very clearly has a personal interest in quality work. He strongly lobbied for the replacement of louvered pantry and laundry doors with doors that more closely matched the new cabinetry-although more costly, this was definitely the right decision from a design perspective. The construction team were skillful, friendly, honest and easy to work with. We did have a few whoopsies, but I understand this is par for the course with renovation projects and at the end, nothing was left unresolved. The team very clearly made great efforts to provide customer satisfaction. Job was not completed on time, mainly due to issues with pantry/laundry doors. Very happy with the results of our project.”

“This is our third time using Castle Construction to make upgrades to our condo; we've had our kitchen remodeled and two bathrooms upgraded using Castle Construction. Jason Tapia is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the project and his reliability and honesty make doing business with his company a real pleasure. The subcontractors working for him are friendly, trustworthy individuals, so you don't have to worry about them working in your home. Castle Construction provides high quality work at a reasonable price. Jason takes every effort to clearly explain the process and procedures and vets out all possible options so you can make informed decisions. He's also flexible with schedule changes, and although he can get quite booked, he's well worth the wait. I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for an honest, reliable contractor who knows what they're doing and will deliver on his promises.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Hybrid Construction on multiple home improvement projects as well as remodels. Whether the project is large in size or small they are always friendly and professional. They offer design recommendations and suggestions as well as preforming the actual work to get the job done. The owner is always responsive to my many questions and takes the time to explain the pros and cons of the various options that are presented to me for my project. When you hire Hybrid Construction for your project you can be assured that the owner will be on the job site on daily basis, not just at the time that you sign the contract. As we all know, this is not always the case w/ General Construction companies. This is 1 major differentiator in my opinion, between Hybrid and other companies. I have been living and working from my home while construction is being preformed. I truly appreciate Hybrid Construction's attention to detail in both the creative space as well as the day to day cleanliness of the job site. To know that my home will be left neat and tidy and the end of the working day is a relief! Hybrid Construction represents a team of honest, reliable, creative and hard working individuals. I receive frequent compliments on my home and yard all based on the work preformed by Hybrid Construction!”

“When my wife and I moved to the Central Coast from the Central Valley (sound familiar?), we wanted not just a change in scenery, or cooler temperatures, we wanted a lifestyle change. We bought a mobile home in a great spot, but the home had an existing 3-level deck that was very old, poorly designed, and really just ugly. We interviewed 3 different builders, and we did not have to look any further once we met Isaac, the proprietor of IMC Building. He just understood exactly what we wanted without a lot of need for us to draw the picture. In fact, he drew the pictures! Mobile home parks have some surprisingly stringent requirements for decks, Isaac was able to wade through the confusing, arbitrary, and sometimes contradictory requirements from the state agency that oversees mobile homes. The end result is that we got an amazingly stout structure that looks incredible and gives us literally hours of joy each and every day. We added 1,000 sq ft of livable space to our mobile home, and we recommend IMC Building to everyone who asks about our beautiful deck.”

“From start to finish, Cal Granite & Natural Stone was so pleasant to work with, accommodating, and prompt. They had superior products at a greatly discounted price as well. When I decided I needed a sample of the stone for design purposes before it was installed, they quickly cut and finish-edged a 12" square piece - no extra charge! Then they carried it to my trunk, secured it safely, and I was on my way. Installation day finally came, and they proved they are craftsmen who know how to bring out the beauty in the stone we picked out. I would use their company again in a heartbeat.”
