“We used Sherri to design our custom home in Pleasant Hill, MO. She allowed us to create at our own pace and listened to our needs. She was easy to work with and continues to work with our builder and subs, at their request for assistants, during the building phase. Sherri took action to do her research when we had questions that fell outside her expertise. Our builder praised her work and commented that he would recommend her to other homeowners. She provided us with a 3D view of the interior of the home, which really helped us to visually see her custom design. She met our deadline and budget agreements.”

As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Respectful, trustworthy and good-natured, they all went the extra mile ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. “Both bathrooms reconfigured & remodeled. Made handicapped capable. Contractor was honest, punctual and easy to work with. Advantage was the architectural background. He listened and the plan provided us with what we wanted. Would definately reccomend! He also did a kitchen addition in the past and it was the same experience.”

“David and I have collaborated and worked on several projects together dating back to when we first started our company up to just recently. David is a very hands on architect and takes pride in making sure every detail is carefully designed throughout the project. He is especially great with modern and contemporary style homes where crucial elements within the house that normally get overlooked are very much highlighted. David also makes himself part of the team whenever we work together. When I have a project that requires a very highly skilled architect that knows how to build as well as design I call on David.”

“We contracted with NextGen Remodeling for a redo of our master bathroom. What a fantastic experience! We will certainly use them again the next time we need remodeling or renovation work done. After realizing we never used the tub in our bathroom and having a need for a larger more accessible and updated shower as well as a second vanity, we decided to have the work done. I did a lot of research on remodeling companies in the area and became convinced that NextGen Remodeling would do an outstanding job for us. I was not wrong! We initially met with Alex and then Taylor to discuss our needs and wants. Not everything we wanted was going to be so easy to make happen, but the team came up with creative solutions to give us the bathroom we dreamed of. Austin was assigned to our project which lasted about six weeks. Austin is one of the hardest workers I have ever witnessed. His attention to detail was amazing. He settles for nothing less than perfection. I was blown away by his work ethic and how neat and clean he left our home each evening. The quality of the sub contractors were also impressive from painters to tile setters to granite and glass fabrication and installation. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any of these craftsmen in my home again. We are so pleased with the final product. I highly recommend NextGen Remodeling.”
