“When engaging a contractor, you always hope to find someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. Finding the right one can be a challenge sometimes, especially during Covid. We found Kevor on HomeStars and took a chance with him. He did not disappoint from the start to finish. From the start, he was very honest with his scope of work associated with the pricing and schedule. We engaged Kevor’s team to renovate our Kitchen and foyer’s tiles. We also seek his helps to install our new range hood and coordinate the installation of our new kitchen countertop. Although the project was on the smaller side, Kevor treated us with respect and care. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in delivering a quality project on time. To be completely honest, at first, I was worried that we would be an afterthought for him because of the size of our reno. We want quality at a reasonable budget. He reassured us many time to not worry about timing, deadline, quality and budget because he wants to make sure we are satisfy at the end. He really kept his promises. I have never worked with a contractor that is as responsive and timely as Kevor. He started on the day he promised and completed the project early and within our agreed budget. His team was very efficient. Not only Kevor completed his project early, he was flexible enough to come back to help us manage our kitchen counter installation and range hood installation. He really made our life easier by being flexible and keeping his promises. This is all we could hope for. Would we work with Kevor again? Absolutely yes. He gained our trust. We are so glad we found him. Working with an honest, and responsible contractor is all we could hope for. We want to build a working relationship with him and we will reached out to him when we do our bathrooms’ renovation. “We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“We can highly recommend BLDG Workshop with complete confidence. In contrast to the many bumps along the way of our renovation and addition, the design process was exciting and enjoyable. Nathan and his team of professionals were timely and efficient, good at communication, and willing to work with the trades we had hired; however, their best attribute is of course their smart, inspired design! Our favourite part of working with BLDG was the collaborating... they are the experts but they listened to our ideas and were excellent at incorporating our whims and wishes. We will definitely be contacting BLDG the next time we build!”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

“We came to Mark with a need to re-design our laundry room into a configuration to include a mud room with accessibility and safety being the priority. Given the space was oddly laid out and space limited, it took some creativity. Also, we needed to modify our powder room bathroom and 1 upstairs bathroom to suit the special needs person however keeping home integrity. Tall order. Mark and company delivered incredible results! We cannot review them high enough. The contractors used were professional and friendly. Rob, the main tradesman, is an artist in his work. Mark managed the project skillfully and timely. For families looking to invest in their homes for bang on results, look no further. We found this company on homestars and opted to believe in others reviews. So grateful we did! “We engaged Lindy Consulting to provide some plans to renovate the 3rd floor of our house which was an unused portion of our house which contained two bedrooms and which we were using as additional storage space. Our plan was to move our master bedroom to this space and add a full washroom. We met with Steven and Annette to discuss our ideas and how we envisaged the space and our estimated budget. They came back to us the following week with some preliminary sketches that impressed us. We then gave them the mandate to prepare full drawings and once approved by us, they managed the project from completing the drawings, getting them approved, and seeing the project through to completion. We were quite hands-on in the decision making but they truly took ownership of the project and had our best interests in mind throughout. Although we ended up spending more than we budgeted (which was as a result of our decision to upgrade bathroom appliances, flooring etc.), we are really pleased with the final result.”

“I had a problem with leaking curb mount skylight on my back porch. I made a service call in the evening, and Serge came early next morning. He inspected the porch and the skylight and found a much bigger problem. The next day his guys replaced the skylight and fixed the porch. They ended up saving me thousands. Highly recommend them. They are responsive, courteous, and professional. Thank you.”
