“Building a new home…seek out GARZA CONTRACTORS, LLC. We moved to Florida from Massachusetts in the Summer of 2024, having purchased a house in Wilton Manors in 2023. After clearing the lot and demolishing the house became necessary, finding the RIGHT General Contractor needed to be done. Enter Garza Contractors, LLC and the team lead by Robert Garza, General Contractor. From beginning to end, our build was pretty flawless with minor issues and change orders. Robert worked within our budget and pulled us back IF when we strayed from the goal. The entire team of Amy and Ken and all of the subcontractors were incredibly professional and easy to work with. Every day the job site was clean and secure. Any change orders that did result, were the OWNER’S idea, and Garza Contractors, LLC made them work. Our construction began with detailed plans and Robert going over every detail and bid against our budget. Once construction began, monthly invoices were reviewed and approved. Garza Contractors, LLC is a high-tech group with minimal paper. We held pretty tight to the schedule with a bit of flex due to weather and a few material delays beyond anyone’s control. In the end, our job completed on-time and on-budget. We had several customized home features (SMART Lutron home, Art Wall, a Lacanche Stove from France, specialized plumbing fixtures, and a Car Lift) that make our home special. Now nearly four-months since moving in, we are settling into the space nicely and still get regular check-ins from Garza Contracting, LLC to see how things are working. Garza Contracting, LLC cares about their clients before-during-and after construction. We were blessed to be able to be a client of Garza Contracting, LLC, a truly professional South Florida construction firm.”

“We hired DL Flooring & Design to renovate our galley style kitchen. They took out a wall, and tweaked some more. Before/After photos tell the story, the results speak for themselves and we were very happy start to finish. DL communicated great, kept the job on schedule and budget, tackled a few unknowns with conviction, and even did some things outside the scope to keep us (in their words) “as happy as possible.” Old School customer service, man! DL contributed great ideas during the design and walked that fine line of bringing their (much appreciated) expertise to the table while enabling us to make the space our own. I guess simply stated it was all very cool. Great staff too. We left town for a few weeks and trusted them in our home to complete the work. Also I never asked but I don’t think this was DL’s biggest job, and we felt we received the same attention as their biggest clients. It ain’t that complicated - I am an Engineer by occupation and I know bottom line that level of service doesn’t happen unintentionally, it is expertise and genuine commitment and pride in your work. Lastly DL’s price was reasonable and I feel we got great value. So I guess the first words I can think of to wrap up this review are “thank you.” And more words such as: "yeah! Looking forward to getting DL back in here to give the bathrooms new life!" Thanks guys!”
