“We love the location of our home but in order to stay and coexist peacefully as a family we needed to add a second bathroom. We didn't think it could be done with the small space we have, but HBRE made it happen! We also had them update our laundry/mudroom/storage area. From start to finish working with HBRE was fantastic. We really appreciated the planning process at the beginning of the project which helped us get most of the decisions made ahead of time. Laura was so patient with us as we had many questions and decisions to make! She gave great suggestions and guidance to help us. Her plans were very thorough and helpful and she always got all the little detail in that we had discussed. We were very impressed with Chad and all the crew that came in throughout the process...specifically the willingness to change things when requested and to add on extra projects as we requested and they were able. Questions were addressed promptly and it was so easy to communicate with Chad. Everyone went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with the result. The work is absolutely exceptional! Also there were no surprises for the projected budget and any budget changes were discussed promptly so that we had a say in how we chose to proceed. HBRE's process really works and we are so thankful for our beautiful new bathroom and our greatly improved laundry/mudroom and storage area!”

“We purchased a condo that needed a total renovation; floors, ceilings, plumbing, cabinets and rewiring. The walls were faux painted in the 90’s and were painted to look like slick concrete and required the correct preparation. We gutted both bathrooms and the kitchen. A lot of tiling which turned out perfect. We met with 3 contractors and it was easy to decide to go with Rick. The HOA had a long list of rules to be followed for contractors. Rick took on those challenges and the relationship went well. Primarily because Rick is so amazing to work with. He’s respectful and works to build a connection with others. Rick has many good ideas and is open to you presenting your thoughts, though he may tweak it to make it even better. We met almost daily for a briefing to get any good or bad news. Even though we added many components over the course of the project, he was able to bring it in on time. He provided a weekly schedule. His crew was great, Dave, Charlie and Chaz, you’ll miss them when it’s over. They take the time to make it right. Rick is on site a lot of the time and is very picky how all work is done. The subcontractors he selected were excellent. Showed up when they were supposed to and completed impressive quality of their craft. In summary, Rick took a condo that was uninhabitable and turned it into a pleasant, welcoming place we call home. Thank you Rick.”
