“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“I bought a new house 6 months ago , I interviewed 5 different companies trying to find a reliable and professional contractor to do a complete remodeling. I first met Joseph Cohen when i was still in escrow. We immediately clicked ! He sketched up my entire house on paper and did a 3D model on his computer in 30 minutes. Then he asked me a bunch of questions and actually listened to my ideas, needs and desires! He gave me some great ideas and shared many ways to keep the budget low and actually get more bang for my bucks! He worked with me on everything from the design to picking materials in the show room and you can see the outcome for yourself ! He stayed in budget and finished under the time he said it would take . We took down walls did a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, flooring , paint , new windows and doors . A complete rewire repipe and much more in 3.5 months ! They guys were here every day, great craftsmanship. Highly recommend! Definitely will use again!”
