“I hired the services of Sanchez Homes for a fairly significant reno project for my 8 year old town house in Ottawa. The company was hired to install hardwood flooring for the entire second floor, installation of hardwood stairs, removal, re-staining and reinstallation of handrailing, installation of new spindles, new baseboards and new trim. The project also included the removal of previous carpeting, baseboards and trim. The initial stage of the project; removal of existing flooring was a dirty dusty job that the company handled with professionalism and good humour. Sanchez Homes involved me throughout the entire project, helping me to choose from the selection of the hardwood, spindles and stains. There are hundreds of details involved in a project of this nature, many of which I had not anticipated. Sanchez Homes seemed to know all the details and options before the project even began, which saved me time and money Before installation of the new flooring, the company was able to solve a constant irritant that had been with my house since the day it was built; the floors creaked incessantly. Sanchez Homes solved this by screwing hundreds of screws into the floor boards and re-anchoring the wall framing, a simple but labour intensive solution that other companies may have overlooked. Their trades people were experienced knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The attention to detail was surprising, the overall results is what one would expect in an expensive custom built home. The results surpassed my expectations.......and I expect a lot from the people I do business with.”

“The project was the complete renovation of a 30 year old side-split bungalow, including removal of walls to create a modern open look in the kitchen and living areas, the addition of an attic beam to compensate for the wall removals, addition of modern hardwood flooring throughout, and ceramic tiling in entranceway, mudroom, and bathrooms, and complete renovation and update of the bathrooms. Igor's work ethic, knowledge, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and budgets were exemplary! His willingness and ability to deliver beyond the original scope of the project without significantly impacting deadlines and budgets was appreciated! I highly recommend this professional!”

“We've had major renovations done by PGT construction (kitchen, 2 baths, master suite, windows) and the quality of work is impeccable. Paul is professional, organized and ensures the job is done right. The finished product is polished and sleek. We found him through our excellent designer, Esther Ritchie - Disegno, and have also recommended him to friends. The downside of such a high recommendation, is that he will be harder to schedule for our next renovation!!”

“Mat completed multiple projects for us: a 3 piece bathroom install and a large deck. The projects came in on budget and on time, a rarity for home renovation projects! He was flexible to work around our family while committed to his deadline. He was diligent in his excellent workmanship in all facets of the jobs which varied from electrical, to plumbing, tiling work or structural work with the deck. “Develeko renovated my house top to bottom. We opened up the walls did 4 full gut bathrooms all the closets and a full kitchen and quartz Reno. We changed all the hardwood doors and trim. We built wall units and changed our outdated stairs to new glass railings. We also Updated all the electrical plugs and light fixtures. Their change order system is so transparent and upfront. There no change orders on their end. We wanted some extra things done while they were working. They gave us a quote upfront and moved forward. What was shown to us in the beginning of the project is what we paid not a dollar more. Although they said it would take us about 3-4months. They did it in just a little under 60 days. Unbelievable service. They are now renovating my sister’s house. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality work done fast.”

“I consulted Paul Denys about a bathroom renovation project and he provided good advice, a number of options and a general cost estimate. He was knowledgeable and his approach was conversational and low-key. Subsequently, Paul and his apprentice redid a ceiling at my home. Their work was excellent, with a new ceiling and moulding that is harmonious with the rest of the house. The decision relating to the moulding was collaborative. The cost and time to do the work were within the estimated range and I am very satisfied with the result.”
