“We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel. The estimate was comparable to the others that we received. However, what set them apart was their communication and honesty. It was very easy to communicate with them at all hours. They were always responsive and respectful. Adam and the team will do whatever they can to make sure the project is done exactly how you want. Any issues that came up were immediately handled by the crew. The communication was outstanding and the work was professionally done. We had a minor plumbing issue after the project was completed and Adam took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend HTZ Construction.”

“We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”

“I have known Martin in a professional capacity since 2001. We initially worked as colleagues at two different mid-size architectural firms over a 2 year period. Martin first came to my attention as a highly skilled Drafting Consultant who was working on some of the more complex projects in the firm. When I moved on to a different company and was asked to recruit new talent, the first person I thought of was Martin. Martin eventually came on board at the new firm and carried a significant project load from day one, allowing his new employer the luxury and financial windfall of billing out a very large and complex luxury multi-family housing project with a modicum of actual manpower. After I founded my own firm, I again recruited Martin when I needed help to complete my own multi-family housing project on a very tight timeline. I gave Martin one of the most challenging technical tasks, that of cutting wall and building sections through this five story building. Martin rose to the challenge and delivered accurate, technically sound work on time and on budget. I knew from past experience that I could count on Martin and he did not let me down. It has been wonderful watching Martin grow his architecture firm into a highly-sought after practice. Martin's attention to detail and craftsmanship shows in all of his projects. His background as a Danish carpenter with many years of architectural practice gives Martin a unique design perspective that other architects simply do not have. I would welcome the opportunity to partner again with Martin in the future.”

“Marcus Sebastian Construction build a new bathroom for us, they transformed the Laundry room in a bathroom - laundry room where we now have the opportunity to take a shower when we come in from working at landscaping. The shower is large and elegant with glass all around it, and had a bench to rest on during the wash. The bench seat matches the countertop that they installed with a farmhouse sink. The shower floor contains stone tiles, they look like little stones in the sea shore. The white cabinets are elegant and they enclose the washer and dryer tower and you don’t even see them unless you open the two elegant doors. They also renewed the ceiling in this bathroom and put extra strength in it to be able to sustain a new bathtub they put in the bathroom upstairs. The bathtub upstairs look very elegant. They also installed a new vanity in the upstairs bathroom. We are very happy with the new bathroom/laundry room downstairs and the new bathtub and cabinets upstairs. The work was completed professionally, and the project was done in a timely manner, and within the estimated cost. The men who came to work on our bathrooms, were professional, polite, helpful, and considerate and did everything they could to ensure we were satisfied with the job.”

“Our company worked with Chris on the large contemporary renovation in Bratenahl. The project offered many challenges from concept, thru design to construction. We have done several projects of this type. Working with Chris was a pleasure that is not always experienced on a complex project like this. “I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. Everyone had the same high standards of performance and attitude -- it didn't occur to me how important that all would be until we were knee deep in the project. I am extremely grateful and have been recommending them to everyone who asks. I would definitely use them again. Thank you all - my family and I will never forget the superb job you did on our home; we appreciate it every day.”
