“Traci & Todd were very easy to work with when they bought my parents home. Their professionalism went beyond anything my sister's and I expected. It was very difficult having to sell the house where we grew up and my parents lived for 51 years till they passed away. When they finished the remodeling project they held an "Open House" for the neighborhood and our families. We thought that was a great idea and nice jester. But, what WOW'd my sister's and I, was Traci & Todd invited the three of us to a private showing of the house we grew up in and shared so many family memories throughout the years. “Retained the Zengel Remodel Group to design and build a custom residential home on a 5 acre, heavily wooded rural lot. Excellent knowledge of residential building codes, building materials, and construction techniques. Very helpful in the design phase of our new home and the selection of construction materials, i.e. windows, doors, siding & trim, and roofing. Site development went smoothly; preserving the natural landscape (both trees and a flowing creek) was a priority. The use of Co-Construct software as a communications tool documented changes, product selections, and Q&A with Zengel, while allowing us to track actual expenses versus the project's budget. Zengel has proven to be easy to work with, dependable, and fair in every aspect of the project to date.”
