“Jason came in gave me a quote and a time frame and showed up on time a worked on my bathroom. Showed up everyday when he said he would. If he ran into any type of problem, he would let me know and usually have a solution ready for me, which usually worked quite well. I hired him a second time to do some touch ups in the kitchen and he did a subperb job there as well. Will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.”

“Tier 1 has managed a number of projects at our home in Austin. These have included rehabbing the master bath, re-insulating the attic, replacing A/C units, configuring outdoor drainage, and much more. In some cases the professionals used to perform duties were Tier 1 employees, and in others, outside contractors of their selection. We have had good results with Tier 1, with jobs generally being completed on time and within budget, with high quality workmanship and materials.”

““I’ve had the pleasure of working with George and Gretchen on numerous new construction builds and larger remodels. As a flooring subcontractor for several builders, I can say that George and Gretchen’s attention to detail is impressive. They question everything to help insure that the quality and final results they deliver to their clients is Top Notch and what was promised. As with any construction related business, issues always arise, but the professional manner to which they address and handle those issues is also impressive and I’ve worked with a lot of builders. If you’d like to work with a smaller Custom Builder that will actually have time to work with you, instead of throwing you into que, or pawning you off on less qualified, less caring subordinates…Double R Builders could be a good choice for you.””
