“We hired Sabr Co. to convert our garage space into a bedroom and separate laundry room. The conversion required adding a barn door into the new space where there was previously a wall. We decided to move forward with them after meeting with several contractors. Naseer was very friendly, honest, informative and worked to give us the best quote that fit in our budget based on our needs. Permitting took several months but this was due to slow and new permitting processes in our city that the team consistently worked at to get approved as soon as possible. Once approved, the project was completed within a few weeks. Our construction manager Robert, and the rest of the team were very friendly and respectful of our home and working around our 2 dogs. They made sure the work was done right and up to code. We would happily work with Sabr Co. for any home renovation needs in the future!”

“I was looking for someone deeply experienced in technical domains, (architecture, construction, and fabrication) to fit the requirements of my custom home, the Galer Street House. Thomas was tasked with production of the interior custom cabinetry and associated custom woodworking. From our first meeting, Thomas’s communication, experience and broad background gave me confidence that he would understand the complex geometries and be able to deliver the high-end quality needed for this application. From the custom handmade walnut cabinets, custom furniture-like features and being always available to help me when the details needed his attention, he delivered. I was not disappointed. In addition, when challenged by architectural details and budget constraints on the exterior of the home, Thomas, owner of Studio Walker Architects, Inc., was able to take a large burden off my shoulders with his durable design/build approach, which was substantially less expensive and also resulted in a better overall appearance.
