    “I have had a such a wonderful experience with USA HOME REMODELING over the past few months, especially working with the Project Manager, Isaac Rozolyo. I was so glad to have his professional help to guide me through every process needed for my major kitchen, and master bathroom remodel project for my condo in San Jose. It has been a challenging time, because there was unexpected black mold found in my bathroom and kitchen walls! People had warned me about remodeling, and so glad I went with a solid company like USA HOME REMODELING and Isaac. There were never any delays on account of UHR's end of things, and they helped push the process through quickly. The renovation is complete now and it's so exciting to see the project come to life the way exactly the way I designed it with Isaac. I also appreciated the attention to detail including laying out the pricing step by step, and making sure I got the little extra things- including the farmhouse style sink I had always dreamt of.”

    “We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

    “Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”

    “So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum”

    “Jim is a quality builder with a strong aesthetic sense. And he's willing to move as quickly as possible, which was an important factor in keeping costs down in this inflating economy. He was also very collaborative with us and our design ideas. Put that all together and we highly recommend him. We thought our new house-- a 1950s cottage-- would just need "a bit of work." It turned into a major project. We were so fortunate to have Jim on our side, figuring out ways to deal with each of the unpleasant surprises that were being uncovered-- bearing beams that were cut off so they didn't reach the wall, clogged drain lines, disappearing water lines, a gas line that had no connection to gas, and on and on. Of course, those surprises expanded the budget, but Jim was really focused on keeping these surprise costs under control. The bright spot there was that with each new piece of bad news, Jim was always able to propose a solution aimed at keeping the costs of the fixes as budget-friendly as possible. A bonus to having Jim as our contractor is that he's a skilled wood workers, so the storage benches for both the front and side patios, the mantle, the floating shelves and even the utilitarian storage shelves in the garage were all done by him. We are particularly pleased with the mantle! If you want a quality job, done on time, and to a high standard, he's the guy you want to hire.”

    “Our experience with Preferred Kitchen & Bath has been a positive one; I would not hesitate to recommend them. The interior design expertise is present where one would not find that artistic skill at a big-box type store. The planning was thorough and all details were made clear to us. There was a wide selection from which to choose. When it came time for the installation, all workers were 'first-class'. They were skilled, courteous and on time. We love the new kitchen! Also, to their credit, any details which were not quite right have been followed up addressed promptly. Many thanks to Preferred Kitchen & Bath! They are a very high-end operation.”

    “APlus remodeled my Kitchen and dining room. Alex gave me new ideas on a design much better than my existing design. When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. I am super happy with my new home. So much better than I ever imagined.”

PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small.
