Beth is the best! She is my stager for all sellers; her sound, thorough advice, friendly, attitude, and detailed reports cinch the deal for my sellers! I wouldn't use anyone else!

Of the varying service providers recommended by my dad's real estate agent, Beth and Abode were by far the best. How she was able to work with the fixtures, colors and wallpaper (grasscloth throughout the living room and dining room) that dated the house was fantastic. Dad's house sold to the first visitor and there were several other favorable reviews within only a week of showings.

Beth was awesome to work with. Her professionalism was truly a breath of fresh air. I had a investment property that I needed to move in a hurry and Beth was critical in helping me accomplish that. She previewed the house and gave me a very detailed staging plan and estimate. She moved quickly and never missed a deadline that she gave me. Our house was on the market for over a month with no offers. After Beth staged the home, we had multiple offers within a week. They say over 80% of buyers start their home search online now. With the home staged by Beth our photos were very impressive and I am convinced that is what drew buyers in. Then once the buyers were in the house, they were better able to visualize them selves in the home because of Beth. All in all, Beth was professional, punctual, and a great value!
