Autumn is very professional and easy to work with. She is very responsive to all forms of communication and is very accommodating. Autumn takes good care of the property from both a safety and staging perspective. The cost of staging is reasonable and comparable to market rates. Our property looks wonderful after Autumn’s staging and her work really enhances the market position of the house. We got a lot of showings within just the first week and we got an offer, which eventually led to a successful sale, within two weeks.

We are a builder in-town in Houston and have used Autumn a few times now. We can't say enough nice things about her work as well as her as a person. All of our homes that she has staged looked fantastic and as a result sold faster than homes that were not staged - she understands the style of the home/neighborhood and as a result, her selection of furnishings matches that style to a tee. I had a lovely home in the Champions forest area of Houston which had belonged to my parents. The house sat on the market, vacant, for 8 months. We hired Autumn to stage the house for us to help encourage sales. We met Autumn at the property to discuss what she could do. She was very professional and full of enthusiasm and believed she could make a difference. Within a week the house was staged and looked fabulous. Recently Autumn staged a listing of mine that had previously been on the market for 6 months with a different brokerage. Autumn transformed the space into what you would expect to see in a Restoration Hardware catalog. Autumn did a great job staging our vacant house for sale. She put a lot of thought and time into the staging (spending 2.5 days getting everything into our house and all of the details arranged) , and she delivered as promised (no surprises). Our house had been in the market for about 6 months when we hired Autumn. Once the staging was in place, the realtor feedback really improved. We received several comments like "lovely home", "shows very well". Within ~ 1 month we had a contract. I wish we'd done it sooner. The cost, while not cheap, is less than any price reduction you would take, and I believe gives a lot more bang for the buck. I would highly recommend Autumn if you are looking to stage your house to sell.

Our vacant house was on the market for three months with only 3 showings. We did have a weak contract that fell out after 2 weeks at the end of October. Then the house sat with no showings. We were able to enlist the services of Autumn just before Thanksgiving. Within 2 weeks, we had a solid offer and the home closed at the end of January ! We are now true believers in staging . But , of course, you need to pick a true professional and that is Autumn. She and her crew do excellent work. The house looked absolutely amazing. My granddaughter did not even recognize the home from the interior pictures! The move in and out of furniture was without damage to anything and no nail holes were visible where wall decorations had been hung. Everything was done in a timely manner. We highly recommend Autumn Dunn. She is so pleasant to work with, a great decorator and even offers other tips for selling the home!
