We had a great experience with the home staging process through Birchwood Designs! We had an investment property that we renovated & then put for sale. We wanted staging so that we could show how to use certain spaces that were hard to define as a vacant house. The pieces that were chosen for the home were a great scale for the spaces & the property felt warm & inviting when they were done. They also helped us choose light fixtures that would compliment the space & were reasonably priced. We received many compliments on the property & sold for a higher price compared to other homes sold in the area. I definitely feel that the staging helped sell the property & I would use Birchwood Designs again in the future.
