I HIGHLY recommend working with BlueGrape. The team did an amazing job staging an interior renovation project we have in San Diego. Our firm is located in Los Angeles, and despite the distance we were still able to procure without running into any problems. Pramiti and Akhil are very hands on with the staging, they were practicing proper COVID hygiene all throughout and they made sure we had everything we needed. Everything turned out beautifully, and the homeowners even decided to purchase furniture pieces that they staged! 1000/10 would work with them again.

I sold my own home and chose Blue Grape for staging. From start to finish Blue Grape exceeded my expectations. Pramity ( one of the owners) consistently answers her phone. Communication was refreshingly seamless and efficent. Other staff members get an A++ for working clean, being polite and overall performance . The end result showcased my home as the grand lady she is. Three offers were received within 2 days of appearing on the MLS. Home was under contract in 3 days and sold for over asking. In addition to providing an excellent product, I enjoyed the caring attitude Blue Grape displayed throught the entire process. Stronly reccomend and would use again.

I used BlueGrape to stage a new condo development (5 condos) in a hip area in San Diego. I have used them before for a single condo. I had some expectation of the job they would do, but had no idea how FANTASTIC the condos would look afterward. They visit the property with designers and get a feel for what type of look would be best. The furnishings were all upscale to match the units, the colors and art they used just made things pop. They also do a great job utilizing all of the knooks and crannies as well as the lighting. They have excellent taste. In addition, their customer service is outstanding. They show up when they are supposed to and are very thoughtful and careful when moving the furniture in. I would highly recommend them. Feel free to check out their website to see the condos!

I used Blue Grape Staging for selling an upscale home in San Diego and could not be more pleased with the results. The furniture and accoutrements were very stylish and I had more than a few people comment on how nice it looked. We used Bluegrape staging for our downtown San Diego condo and so thankful we did! Pramiti is professional and fast with everything. Our condo was empty and the feedback from showings was the space felt small. The day after they had staged my condo I had showing and an offer that we accepted. We didn’t have a chance to get professional pictures redone with the new staging. It was truly staged perfectly it was stunning and had me wishing I had used the same furniture while living there :)

We hired BluGrape to stage our single family home. They did a fantastic job staging our home, and brought attention to the beautiful view we had in our backyard. They explained that they pick furniture style and decor based on the neighborhood. We were wowed with the results. The whole process of staging was completed in 2 hours! They've gone downhill. We had the WORST experience with this company. They lie to suit their needs and so they can rip off clients. We used them for 6 months. Their prices were the highest in all of San Diego and their furniture the cheapest. They made the rooms look smaller by crowding all the furniture into the middle. Pictures on the walls didn't match any of the decor and it was so random and childish. The worst though is after 6 months of house caravans, potential buyers and their contractors (and children and dogs) coming to our home to considering purchase, Blue Grape whines and complains that a rug got a little dirty and a couch throw blanket had a hair on it. So instead of refunding me for 1/2 the month I didn't use they kept the money and said they needed to use it to wash the rug and blanket. Then they claim that they were told nobody would be staying in the home, when it was very clear up front that someone would be there. Then they even had the nerve to say the house was messy when they came to pick up their cheap furniture. They told me clothes were on the floor! LOL. What a complete joke this company is. The price of doing business includes a little dirt. That's why we paid $750 a month to begin with! There are other great staging companies in San Diego, please chose one of them instead and save your money and have your home look nicer.
