We hired Buyer Desire Home Staging on the recommendation of our realtor. Upon our first planning meeting with Tiffany she showed a high level of knowledge. The colors she selected for the walls and cabinets really brought out the features of our barn board accent wall and the floors. We had a very tight timeline and they were able to re-arrange things to meet our deadlines. Anytime we called or emailed the response was almost immediate. The furniture they brought in and the way they set the house up totally transformed the living space. We were stunned at how good everything looked. Not only did the furniture look comfortable and cozy, but the little touches like art work, books on the shelf, place settings on the table etc. etc. She transformed a nook that we r used as storage into viable office space, something we never thought the area was be big enough for. We firmly believe we were able to sell the property for 20 - 30K higher than if we had not used Tiffany and company. If you are selling a property anywhere in the area they service, you owe yourself to meet with them. I promise you will not be disappointed !!

When selling my Weston, MA home, I knew I needed help beyond an excellent RE agent. This is where Buyers Desire Home Staging came in. Linda and Tiffany are a professional team who spent time explaining the staging process to me. They worked through all my needs room by room and provided different value options. They made what to me seemed overwhelming into a simple process. I was surprised at how easy it was to have my furniture removed and their decorations and furniture displayed. My biggest issue was packing my clutter. They offered assistance all along the way. They recommended a storage facility for my furniture and within two weeks my furniture was removed and stored in an air conditioned facility. A day or two later, Linda arrived and began placing her furniture, pictures and decor around my home. Please see the pictures for the final look. Gorgeous! My home sold for full asking price with two full price offers in three days. This would not have occurred with my decor. I look forward to working with Linda and Tiffany again.

Linda helped us immensely with our home sale. She gave us advice on the entire house, paint, furniture and many details. Her knowledge was invaluable because she could see the total design when I could not. She knew the market for our house and choose the best staging to attract the right buyers (much more contemporary than our "traditional" furniture). Delivery and pick up of their staging furniture and materials was prompt, easy and organized!
