Karen was a tremendous help in getting our house staged for sale. She recommended paint colors, furniture placement, used a lot of our own pieces and brought in other items, like artwork, to complete the look. Buyer feedback was positive. We had multiple offers on the house and are closing in a few weeks. Wonderful to work with!

It is always great having Karen's help! She had previously helped us in decorating a newly renovated cottage as a guest house, and because that was such a positive experience, I am using her again in my own home. It's priceless when you have a professional there to pull things all together for you. She doesn't pressured me to purchase expensive or unnecessary pieces. On the contrary, she uses what we have available and encourages me to try to see things differently. As a result, rooms always come out better than expected. Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her suggestions were realistic and we were able to complete the staging within a couple of weeks. Since she was helping me with "occupied staging" she took into consideration the fact that we still had to live here after the staging. If I had a question she got back to me the same day. My husband and I were extremely comfortable,with her from the start-and she did check in on me from time to time to see if I had any questions. I can recommend her to anyone who is contemplating staging in order to sell their house!

Karen helped us to find great colors to paint several areas in our home. This was not an easy job - getting my husband and I to agree what would look best. Now that it is done, it looks like it has always been this way. We also chose plantation shutters for our living room and kitchen Windows. She has also given me advice on choosing a new foyer lighting fixture, I just haven't located it yet. Karen was also able to give us information on how to put up several framed photos we have. She seemed to really get what we wanted.
