Kamila is a true professional that has mastered her craft. Her designs are fresh and unique to each home and situation. For me personally, she took on one of my listings that had beautiful bones but the finishes were not of the best quality. Kamila and her team were able to downplay the finishes and highlight the uniqueness of the structure and views. Their efforts allowed us to sell the property for $30,000 over the comps. To top it all off, Kamila was such a pleasure to work with and made the process of staging an occupied home easy and effortless for both myself and my client. I called Detailed Design and Staging after I obtained a listing that wasn't getting many showings. It was an older home, it had awkward spaces and the original pictures didn't seem very inviting or warm. I called Kamila for help and she was very honest with what needed to be done to make the home more appealing to potential buyers. She ended up staging the home (made beautiful work of the awkward spaced), we retook pictures and we were under contract within a week!

Detailed Design & Staging was wonderful to work with. We Hired them for a vacant flip home and that weekend we were out of town. They came in did their job , when we returned I could not wait to go check it out. I loved every detailed they did.
