If you want multiple offers on the home you are trying to sell - for ABOVE asking price - this is the design team to use!! I listed my personal home in NW Hills Austin and moved out and let them stage my lovely home. My home sold to the first buyer at above asking price with a quick 30 day close! Then I listed my rental property in Kyle a month later and since the living room looks small without furniture I had Elite stage the home. I had multiple offers the first week at above asking price. Elite Austin are truly the greatest of all time! My wife and I used them to stage our house for sale, and they were simply amazing. I’m astonished at how Morgan, Lori, and two young men to move things transformed our spaces in just a couple of hours. And they all were pure delights to work with, which adds to the customer experience. The staging from Elite's designers meant great photos and videos that attracted intense interest - almost 1,400 views on Zillow alone. We had agents calling for showings within 15 minutes of listing! I strongly recommend Elite Austin as a company to enhance the sale of your listing – not only aesthetically, but financially. I was approached by a seller to list his property after the previous agent had not been able to secure a sale for over five months. After viewing the property and the listing on line, I realized that the previous agent had used virtual staging. It looked good on line, but entering the property was a real let down. I agreed to take the listing only if the seller agreed to stage the property with Elite Austin, and that I would need to raise the listing price by 20K. He agreed. Within five days we had a full list price offer, with an increase of 20K in the sales price. The only difference was the staging. Thank you, Elite Austin for always providing the sense of home that people seek when purchasing a property!

I would highly recommend Elite Austin. I contacted them 5 days before my move in date. Within 5 days they had taken down my requirements, scoped out the apartment and had the whole place set up. Even though they are priced a little higher than other companies, I am Glad I went with them. I have 3 kids under the age of 4 and they made the whole process completely stress free for me.
