Elizabeth did an amazing job staging our home! She put a lot of time and effort into making sure everything looked perfect and matched the style of the house. We got an offer on our house within the first couple of days and the staging was well worth the money! Would definitely use her again!

I'm so glad I made the choice to stage my home with Elizabeth. She was so easy to work and got staging set up within a week of my first email with her. My home was on the market only 2 days when we received 2 offers (one full price, and one above asking price)!! I believe staging was a main reason we had such a quick sale and lots of interest/inquiries within the first 2 days of the home being on the market. Staging was a small cost that ended up earning me $15k-$20k more profit on the sale of my home.

Imagine a designer mobilizing her skills, her personal taste, and her experience of 'what sells a house' in the current market, as informed by her consummate understanding of acculturated Southwestern values, and you have the definition of the services offered by the owner/proprietor of Essential Ambiance Design. In two separate visits, totaling perhaps two hours maximum for walk-through, analysis, and conclusions reached, culminating in a written instructional report, Elizabeth delivered that rarefied mixture of professionalism and sensitivity essential to successful consultancies. Elizabeth's direction in staging a house for sale amounts to a difference that makes a difference feel like a difference.

Elizabeth was awesome, she did what she said she would do and went above and beyond. She started staging my listing on a Thursday afternoon and was completed by Saturday just in time for my open house. I had several people come to the open house with 3 of them wanting to make an offer. The first person that wrote the offer and submitted it that afternoon, she had an accepted over before 8:00 pm that night. The home showed very well. Please do not hesitate to look it up on the MLS and see it before it was staged. A beautiful home made even more beautiful with Essential Ambiance Design Staging.

This was my first time working with Elizabeth and she did an awesome job!!! She was very professional and courteous. I had a small vacant home I was listing and feared that people would think the rooms were too small without some staging. She put just the right amount of furniture and accessories in to make it feel like a HOME!!!! We SOLD it in 2 days and the first thing the agent asked when she called to tell me she was going to present an offer was "Who did your staging?" I think the buyer fell in love on first sight. :) I will indeed use Elizabeth again and hope to have her do a consultation soon for a seller that has furnishings but might need a little help with proper staging.
