De cluttering and Staging the house is always the norm of what I recommend to my clients if they want top dollar for their home! This time around it was my house that was going on the market, and although some said I was crazy to hire a stager to stage my house but I called it an investment, you only get the best outcome when working with a great stager like Ginny. She was patient and accommodating as I have a 1 and 3 yr old and sometimes it’s hard but boy did she WOW us! She had a vision and outdid everything I thought of. An opportunity came up to relocate to British Columbia for our retirement. I was selling my brother’s townhouse -my realtor had suggested we have a stager go through the home. I was skeptical on using a staging service for the sale. My thought was that the unit was in excellent shape and in a great location and really did not require a great deal of extra help. I am glad that I reconsidered.
