Graceful Habitats did a wonderful job staging my listing, furniture was moved in just on time for photos to be taken and removed right on time for the buyer to bring in their own furniture, they worked with the tight time budget flawlessly. As for the job furnishing the home, it was perfect, simple, their choice of furniture fit the home perfectly, it was well laid out and the rooms had the perfect theme to them. My sellers were very happy as was I.

Hired this company to stage my Eagle Rock home before my open house. They were prompt, professional, affordable, and really worked with the style of my 1930's craftsman home to bring out its beauty. Graceful Habitats staged my vacant home for sale this summer. In a nut shell, the house sold for $80K OVER ASKING in under one week, and I have them to thank! These people are so talented!!
