I have used Hom Staging on multiple occasions. Each home they have staged for me has looked amazing and they all have sold almost immediately. They are extremely professional, on time with setting up and breaking down and their inventory is always fresh and up to date, no faded or used looking materials ever! Owner Amanda Rugg is great to work with and is on top of everything. No detail is left to chance. If you’re thinking of selling your home, I highly recommend Hom Staging. You will sell it in a jiffy!

Amanda and her team were fabulous. Not being sure we would use a stager we are so glad we did! Amanda new exactly what would make our home shine. She was able to mix our furniture with hers and than decorated perfectly. We sold our home 3 days after placing it on the market. I really feel that Amanda was huge reason for the success of the sale.

My condo was in escrow 9 days after it’s on the market. All thanks for Amanda!! She made my home look like a million bucks. Amanda was referred by my realtor. During our initially meeting/property walk-through, Amanda was very personable and listened to my vision for the staging. My goal is to sell the property quickly during the slow season (November). I communicated that with Amanda, and she was onboard and shared how she was able to achieve the same result with her other listings. Overwhelming comments from the visitors talked about how good my place looked. Amanda’s staging not only elevate the look and feel of my home, and also help me sell my property at the top dollar I asked for!

I have also had the opportunity to work with her when she assisted me in staging my own home before I put in on the market. Each and every time the experiences have been outstanding and the results exceptional. Amanda has an incredible eye for the appropriate use of color and texture to enhance the features of any property, regardless of size or location. We originally hired Amanda to help with outside staging of our home, That soon moved to a complete staging of the inside - which resulted in the rapid sale of our home! Amanda has a great "eye" for what works in the home, is up to date on the current trends in what home buyers are looking for their next home. Lastly, she is easy to work with - she tries to accommodate schedules, she listens, suggest and explains her suggestions.

We had our home for sale in San Clemente for about a year and 4 months. While we had many offers, most of them were unacceptable because they were on the low side. In January we signed with Ryan Schramm of Creatus who convinced us to "stage" our home and he highly recommended Amanda at Hom Staging & Design whom he had successfully used on several other home sales. I was reluctant to because of the cost and thought "how could this make such a difference"?. We decided to move forward. Amanda and her crew arrived with a myriad of ideas. We compromised on some, but followed her directions. She and her very professional staff, including the movers, made this much simpler than I thought. Our home was successfully sold within a couple of weeks of showing for more than the asking price which covered the expense of staging. I know that Hom Stafing & Design were responsible for the positive response. They say "the proof is in the pudding", and the cost of staging proved not to be a cost, but an investment. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Hom Staging and Design staged a vacant listing of mine in Coto De Caza. The furniture and interior accents were consistent with those that any homeowner would have purchased for a home in this price range (between $1M and $1.5M). I had certain time restrictions, and Amanda and her team did a great job of not only meeting the time requirements, but going above and beyond to insure that they "under-promised and over-delivered". The majority of agents and brokers that showed the property all had extremely positive comments regarding the staging, most being amazed that the property was even staged, as the furniture and accents all blended so well with the home.

We used Hom Staging to sell our south county OC home and it sold in 2 days!! Amanda will come to your home and make suggestions on paint colors, furniture placement, color palettes, etc. We repainted the children's rooms, dining room & family room to appeal to a wider buyer audience based on her advice. We moved out heavy furniture to make room for updated, tasteful staged furniture. She even staged our backyard! In fact, the new homeowners purchased quite a bit of staged furniture also. Amanda is professional, experienced and her rates are very reasonable for the results you want. We will use her again in the future!

Amanda and her team delivered a professional and well-presented real estate staging, straight out of a magazine. She is a talented designer that works with realtors and FSBO's alike! Do not list without first calling her. I was very pleased with the outcome of her work, as were many showing appointments. We got multiple offers within three days! Additionally, HOM staging stands out from its competitors because they do not just repurpose existing decor and furniture, but they also supply decor, art work, plants, and even furniture when I requested it - even patio furniture! I am very happy with their work; I'm planning on calling her again after the move. Best money we ever spent.

We used Amanda Rugg with Hom Staging & Design to stage a few areas in our home prior to putting it up for sale. Amanda was extremely flexible meeting our timeframe. She came with a plethora of ideas -- repurposing our accessories and furniture in our "hot spots" as well as adding her own items to the mix. She has a keen eye for creating an environment that will allow prospective buyers connect with the home, and envision themselves there! AND! To top it off, she is just a doll! Warm, engaging and fun. Amanda Rugg did a fantastic job "staging" our home and it looks amazing! Our decision to stage our empty home has definitely created more interest and has brought in more "potential buyers" to see the property in person. Many buyers also rely on first impressions, based on pictures they may view online or on flyers, and will make a decision on whether or not they want to take the time to tour a home by how great it looks. I strongly believe that our home will sell in a shorter period of time with staging than without. Our home is approximately 3400 sq. ft. We had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, extended family room and our backyard space all staged. We would highly recommend Amanda as she was professional, timely and very easy to work with!

Wow! Highly recommend this company, used for staging & selling a home. Got the result of an offer in less then 3days:) I couldn't beleive how my home was transformed into a beautiful model ~ made me want to buy my own home....
