From early stages of remodeling my mother’s home for sale; helping us pick out paint colors and determining what should stay in the house versus what we would need to have staged. Vivian helped with every important aspect of this project! During a pandemic, based on beautiful photos, we had 80 people go through the house in four days, 16 offers and got way above list! If you’re considering staging your house, she is worth every penny!

After our initial consultation, the best decision I made was to engage Vivian to stage our home for sale and simplify my “to do” list. Her professional design recommendations highlighted our home’s best features and creative use of living space with a combination of appealing neutral colors and current trends. Vivian did an outstanding job staging my home! She has an excellent eye for color and room layout. She made use of my furniture and brought very lovely, creative and functional pieces to create an inviting feel to my home.
