need. I am so happy we went with them instead of the cheaper option because it was well worth the cost. They did an amazing job and our real estate listing photos looked incredible. They even went to the rooms they weren't being paid to stage and rearranged any items or artwork leftover to make them look more presentable. That was a pleasant, unexpected surprise! Interest in our house the first days on market was crazy high and we got 2 above asking price offers in the first 24 hours of going on the market. I honestly believe the staging had a big part in selling our home so easily and quickly. Our close day also happened on short notice, and Lenny responded to my request to have things moved out hours after I sent it, and scheduled the move less than 2 days later on Sunday! This was our first time selling a home and had reservations about whether staging would be worth it but it definitely was, and we would use them if we ever sell a home again.
