My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

I partner with realtors and home owners to provide education and services on how to prepare vacant and occupied homes before going on the market. For vacant homes, I create a "model home" look, using up-dated and quality furnishings. I help increase the market value of your home, so it sells faster and for more money. Additional services I provide are home staging consultations for occupied homes including a staging report. The staging report covers: curb appeal, checklist for the main areas of the house, recommended furniture arrangement, de-cluttering, de-personalizing and color advice.

Micka helped me with my kitchen remodel. We had a dark outdated kitchen and she convinced us to paint our cabinets which we had not considered. It made all the difference! She also designed a cabinet add-on complete with wine rack. We are thrilled with the results! Micka has also helped me decorate our living room and a guest bedroom. She has great ideas on color selection and introducing texture.

One thing I really appreciate is her ability to understand my target market, and adjust her styling to match.
