J&W did a great job in touching up our property and staging it in a beautiful way. The furnishings were beautiful and really complemented the space.

I had invited a few companies to come in and give me an assessment. When they arrived, most of them were very held back in their suggestions, didn't want to give away too much "free info" (as if I could glean 20 years of experience in 15 mins) and were most aloof. I just never connected with the initial companies. Then Joanne arrived and she was warm, friendly and very giving of her time. She didn't have that distance which I felt from everyone else. We could not have asked for a better experience. We decided quite suddenly to put an offer on a new house the week before we were leaving for vacation for 17 days. And that seemed like a perfect time to list our house – showings with no disruption for us, no dog around, no guinea pig around … perfect. Although the state of our house did not agree. We met with our realtor on the weekend we made the offer and he recommended Joanne to us. Joanne and Wayne recently redesigned our living and dining room and BOY did they impress us! They were given a shoe string budget but somehow managed to make our space elegant and picture perfect. They were able to use our existing items and transform the space dramatically. They really listened to us and ensure all our needs were met. My client wanted to sell an empty two-bedroom apartment. In order for Buyers to visualize the size of the apartment, we decide to look for a company to stage the property. J&W Inspired Home was referred to me by a fellow Realtor. My Seller and I decided to request a quotation from J&W. We had previously shied away from staging as we thought it would be much too expensive. The quote from J&W was reasonable and we decided to give J&W an opportunity to proof that staging helps and works. Joanne could instantly visualize the furniture and furnishing needed. It was done professionally and quickly so that I could have Open House within the next week and planned for 4 weeks. We had offers after the first weekend of Open House and sold within the second week of showing. The staging was done so well that the prospective buyer wanted similar furniture and decoration. The furniture with the complementing art & accessories made the apartment looked much larger - it looked more of a house than apartment, as one of the Open House visitors commented.
