I used Jaya to stage my 842 sqft East Side industrial condo. I cannot believe the transformation from empty concrete and steel, to warm and inviting with attention to even the tiniest detail. Jacque's suggestions for items I needed to update or fix was very helpful. Trust her and do exactly what she says, she knows her stuff! We hired Jaya Home Staging for my mother’s home after she passed away. We had no idea how to stage an older home but Jacque came in and was very understanding and compassionate as we navigated selling our childhood home. We were able to sell the home quickly during the pandemic and at asking price! I would not hesitate using Jaya again, so thankful we found this talented designer!

I came to Jaya b/c of all those good reviews, but it turns out my worst experience. Before I signed the contract, Jackie was so nice and responded my emails very quickly. But after I signed, she selectively ignore my emails and messages. For site visit, we asked for giving us a notice ahead, but she only gave 15 mins notice, which makes us have to change our plan in very last minute to meet her. For the staging itself, I don't think she did any homework and she just brought whatever the standard things in her mind. We have white walls through the whole house, white tiles and countertop in the bathrooms, I would expect she could at least add a little bit color to them, BUT no such a thing. White towels, white tub curtains, white decors.... ALL of those makes the plain home looks even more boring. And our living room is relatively small, but she still squeezed the whole living room furniture into the living room and made it look so crowded. When the staging is completed, we also asked for a notice ahead when they move out the furnitures, so we can meet there to make sure they get everything and no damage on our house, she said ok but actually she still gave a very very short notice.
