I'm so happy that your home was under contract in just 5 days. We strategically style each home in order to appeal to the buyers looking in that specific area (the furnishings do not necessarily fit the homeowner’s individual taste but result in great selling success, which you saw with your home).
Before the staging, I explained that my initial site-visit was to take measurements of your vacant home which would take 10 to 15-minutes and I let myself in with a lock-box. When you said your husband wanted to be there, I said that my arrival would depend on when I finished another job and that I would call when I was on my way. Your husband and I had a nice meeting where I spent an hour with him giving him a free consultation as he had lots of design questions on what light fixtures to purchase, doorknob choices, etc.. When it was time to de-stage the home, I gave you our standard 1-hour arrival window. You asked for me to call when we were close to arriving so I called when we were 15 minutes from the home. I’m surprised and sorry you were dissatisfied in any way but can’t imagine a better outcome in getting your home sold.
