Jen Libutti Designs I hired Jen to design my baby boy’s nursery and I am SO thrilled with what she did! I knew I wanted muted blues, cream, and white to be the color scheme. I had a rug picked out (from which I was pulling inspiration) and a white crib. That was it! That was all Jen needed to work her magic. She truly brought the idea I had in my head to life!! I envisioned a sweet little boy’s room that was masculine, elegant, and serene. She hit it so far out of the park that I cried when I walked into his finished nursery. It’s my favorite room in the house now. I cannot thank Jen enough for listening to exactly what I wanted and then creating an even more dreamy version than the one in my head. Thank you, Jen!! When searching for a home stager, or any professional to assist you, it is important to find someone who is both competent and has your best interest at heart. Jen possesses both of these qualities. I reached out to her, to get her input on how to help a family prepare their home to attract the maximum number of buyers (the property needed a lot of updating). She promptly got back to me and within a couple of days, met with us at the home and put together a list of staging and remodeling suggestions. She was fully booked for that week, but still was able to squeeze us in. Her service is first-rate. I highly recommend her for your staging/remodeling needs.

Staging the home she said was probably the most important element to getting the fastest sale and most money. ALL BUYERS she said start the search online. Jen was referred to me by another Realtor, who told me that I “absolutely had to have her stage my next vacant listing.” This agent was absolutely right. Jen first provided some much-needed advice on prepping the home, by guiding the homeowner to the right carpet and painting choices. Then she completely and beautifully staged the home. It looks amazing. Every room is fantastic. The photographer, who was there yesterday taking pictures for the new listing, commented on how great everything looked. Jen was there throughout the photo shoot, making sure everything was just right and that her work was captured in the best possible manner. Her bedside manner, with a slightly anxious and tense homeowner, was perfect as well. Lastly, and perhaps best of all, her fees were exceedingly fair, definitely less than she could’ve charged! I’ve got another listing coming on line and I’m absolutely going to hire her for that one!
