Just Staged was created to assist realtors and homeowners in southern Michigan on their quest to sell their property quickly and for the highest dollar amount possible. It can be hard for a homeowner to see their home through a buyer’s eyes. They often turn a blind eye to flaws and updates that a potential buyer will hone in on. Oftentimes, they are nervous to make changes because they just don’t know what will attract a buyer. At Just Staged, we will walk through your home with our “Buyer's Hat” on. Staging suggestions will be offered on everything from furniture placement, wall color, curb appeal and any updates that should be made prior to listing. Neighborhood demographics and asking price will also be considered so we can ensure you get the most bang for your buck! Our goal during any consultation is to make the home appeal to the most amount of buyers and give them no reason to offer anything but your asking price….or more!
