Our house needed painting, and Kandice helped me pick out colors. It turned out great, and my favorite part is the black door that Kandice recommended. I've also seen her in action as she's staging - she's so talented, and has "The Eye" for decorating. We're hoping to be moving soon, and I will definitely be using Kandice to stage our house before selling!

This was the first time I was having one of my houses staged. I was a newbie to the whole process. Kandice not only put up with my silly questions but went above and beyond to make sure my house looked fabulous. Some say that because the market is so hot that I did not have to stage anything, but I got alot over my asking price and I know it was a large part on how good the house actually looked.
