Jodi has a great eye and doesn't stop until she gets everything perfect. She pulled together staging of my house in two days and did a phenomenal job ! Highly recommend.

Jodi was very organized and helpful. She did a complete walk through of our house and gave us a checklist of the best way to stage our house to get ready to sell. She is creative and spent time going room to room making recommendations. She spends time going over her recommendations and gives you a written report to follow. I give her 5 stars for her expertise, artistic skills and professionalism.

My husband and I were preparing for the sale of our house so we did some updates, repairs, and decorating to help freshen up our home. We hired a realtor and thought we were done. Our realtor however informed us that he would be bringing in his stager/ designer, Jodi Kelly. He said she would come to our home and offer us recommendations for staging, preparing for the photo shoot, etc., that might be helpful to us. We couldn’t imagine what more she would want us to do as we thought our home finally looked “perfect”, but boy were we mistaken. Jodi sat down with us and came prepared with a packet of “Bonus Information for the Homeowner”. The packet included an organization checklist for closets, preparing for the photo shoot (decluttering, depersonalizing, paring down, and brightening up our home), a showings etiquette (tidying up, leaving the house, and taking pets with you), and more incredibly useful information. She then told us that she was going to re-enter our home right at the front door, as if she were a buyer. She said she would go through each room looking at it from a buyer’s perspective and would come back to us with a list of recommendations. We were completely blown away by her recommendations! We took notes in the Home Staging Report and Checklists packet that Jodi provided. She gave us incredibly useful pointers and suggestions, reminding us that it wasn’t necessary to go out and buy new things - we could simply make use of, repurpose and move around items we already had in our home. We ended up following ALL of her recommendations! Our house truly sparkles and is a home we are now completely proud to showcase! It’s so beautiful we wish we weren’t selling! Thank you Jodi!

Kelly is EXCELLENT! She is such a pleasure to work with, really understands my style, and is very knowledgeable. She helped me select the right neutral paint colors for my house to not only fit each room, but to have a consistent color palette across the main floor. I was hesitant to hire someone because I felt like I should be able to pick a neutral myself, but there are literally thousands out there. She showed me how not all neutrals are the same, the undertones really make a difference in the feel of the color, and she walked me through the selection process. Ultimately, she made me feel much more calm and confident in my decisions. We are still months away from completing our renovation, but when we are, I plan to bring her back in to help tweak the interior decorating.

We hired Jodi to help with a "face lift" for our kitchen. She was wonderful and creative, especially with choosing paint colors for the cabinets to brighten and modernize the kitchen. She suggested a beautiful blue for the lowers and a creamy white for the uppers. She accompanied us to a quartz showroom to select new counters and a stone and tile showroom to choose a new backsplash. She also chose a beautiful color for the walls of our entire first floor and a coordinating color for the powder room. Jodi's prices are reasonable and she guides you through each step of the process. I highly recommend Jodi for any renovations that you might want to do.

I hired Jodi of Kelly Home Designs to guide me in choosing paint colors for my living and dining rooms. This was money well spent! Everyone knows how daunting it can be choosing color schemes... and you get frozen with indecision. Jodi came in, listed to my needs and worked with me to come up with some really perfect color schemes. She was very friendly and super easy to work with. She has experience with older homes and that was a huge plus for me. Colors were chosen and advice given based on my preferences and not what colors were "in" for the season. I also appreciated her non-judgmental demeanor. I've had other consultants in my home and frankly felt judged as if my project was beneath them. NOT the case with Kelly Home Designs.
