Kris is a ROCKSTAR!!! There is no question... Kris is the BEST stager!!! She has a great eye and is the only person I would call to stage a home! She is incredibly professional and responsive! I have called her on a Sunday and had her come to see a new construction home that needed staging and she came, had insightful comments and a proposal within 24 hours! If you're going to stage your house, there is no one better than Kris. Honestly, don't waste your time and energy looking further. She is truly phenomenal. My house in Chatham, NJ is fantastic, but empty, potential buyers couldn't see how to live in it. In designing her scheme fort us, Kris considered not just the house's layout and flow, but the demographics of the town and exactly who our buyers would be. Then she decorated for them. She only put in quality rental furniture, and then accessorized beautifully -- all in a neutral pallet that didn't just incorporate the best features of the house, but brought them out and highlighted them. In other words, she staged the house in a way that focused the buyers on what was great about the house, not just what was great about her and her decorating. That is a very special skill and one which really helped us. In fact, I'm confident our house sold because we took the risk and engaged Kristine. Other important things to point out: 1) She was really personable, professional and easy to work with. 2) She respected my budget and didn't try to nickel and dime me. 3) She cared. Would I hire her again? In a heartbeat.
