My husband and I recently bought a rental beach house that needed a lot of TLC! Lisa has been fantastic and helped take the stress out of choosing new furniture and decorations. Lisa provided advice about color choices for paint, how to de-clutter and how to present our home in the best possible way. She staged our home by using a mix of our furniture and lighting and her art work, plants, pillows, accessories, and area rugs. She coordinated each room so that you appeared to flow from one room to the next. Lisa provided with her staging proposal and estimated costs a detailed list of recommendations for each room. This made it very easy to prepare the house before she came to stage it. She was a pleasure to work with and she gave me lots of great ideas for my new home. Lisa was beyond excellent supporting me getting my home ready for sale. She listened to my needs and walked the whole home and generated a ton of ideas. At first I was taking notes because you can choose to take your own notes (a consult) or get a full report from her for an extra charge....half way through I decided to upgrade and get her report and was so glad that I did. Lisa had so many great ideas, and they came so easily and so quickly that I just didn’t want to miss out...and of course after reading the report I decided to just have her stage for me because I am not capable of decorating. However, I love that she offers all levels of service for those that want DIY to concierge level. She provided suggestions for upgrades/fixes to do prior to listing as well as a staging proposal. We completed her “to do” list on our own and then hired her to stage. The day of staging Lisa and one teammate arrived and had my entire home revamped in a couple of hours!!! I truly wish I used her to decorate when I moved IN!!! But the best best part, my home had MULTIPLE offers in under 48hours and went $10K over asking. (My asking price was at the top of what my realtor thought I could get.) I owe this all to Lisa and her vision!! She’s so talented!! Lisa Glass transformed our house into a home. We downsized from 4,000 square feet to 2,900. I had acquired so much stuff! I was overwhelmed and couldn't make things work. Lisa went through everything and told me what to purge, what to use, and what new pieces to add. She shops at reasonably priced stores so we were able to add some contemporary pieces that worked better with the style of our new home. Lisa is a great communicator and has a calming personality that made me feel confident that she would take control and make things work. My family was thrilled with what she accomplished.
