Liz was extremely responsive and provided me with the exact furniture I needed for my office. She has really great taste, and was able to complete the project really quickly.

Liz is an amazing stager...no job is too big or too small. She works very well with realtors and owners, and deeply understands the selling process and how to get the most out of a property to appeal to the maximum number of buyers. Her assessment of the project is thorough and efficient, and her suggestions always accentuate the spaces in the best possible light. Her skill set is unparalleled, and she has successfully serviced all the clients we worked with together. Wouldn't sell a house without her!

Liz did an outstanding job staging a listing for me including choosing the paint colors for the various rooms. She is a pleasure to work with! Not only was the staging successful , the multi million dollar home sold the first day on the market & the new owners wanted to buy many of the pieces as well!

We can’t recommend Liz enough. Our home needed quite a lot of attention. We met Liz at the house and before we even discussed staging, she was providing suggestions both inside and outside that we could do to the house before we even began the staging process. It was very obvious to us that Liz knew what a house needed and what buyers were looking for. She initiated a relationship right away with our realtor which really helped my husband and I as we knew they would handle everything without my husband and I needing to get involved. She recommended paint colors which made the house look so much more attractive. She recommended a person for floors who she works with and knew exactly what our hardwood floors needed. And in my conversation with the floor contractor, I could tell he loved working with Liz as well. When it came to the staging, I couldn’t believe the house I walked into after she did the staging was the same one I had walked in a month before. I have seen Liz’s work online before, but to walk into my own house. It seemed almost unrecognizable. Every room I found myself taking pictures at every angle just to show my family. They couldn’t believe the transformation. We sold our house, thanks to Liz, in one day. Liz is professional, results driven, talented and someone you must consider when deciding to sell your home. I think the best way to sum up my review is admitting when I walked through our old home after all her beautiful work, there was a part of me which was wishing my current home looked that beautiful. Liz is worth so much more than 5 Stars.

Liz came highly recommended by our realtor. I am located out of state, and was tasked with selling my parents home.... Liz was so helpful and key to the successful sale. She proposed recommendations to make the home ready for market and acted as a project manager for a basement renovation project that we completed prior to listing. Her suggestions re: painting, small updates with big impact and her project management skills were spot on. Lastly, her staging truly showcased the beauty, (but also the potential), of the home to buyers. Several offers above asking were received in days. We just closed last week and I would like to add my glowing review to the others on this site.

Liz is a miracle worker when it comes to staging! She was highly recommended by my agent and did an amazing job throughout the house, especially the living room where she turned a small area into a family room with TV to make it more homey and comfortable. I couldn't believe the transformation and it paid off! I highly recommend using Liz, truly a professional, very accommodating and easy to work with.

I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Liz. We cannot thank her enough for helping to turn our home into a home we now adore and enjoy every day. Liz helped us to renovate the entire first floor of our house. The process was flawless from beginning to end. She started by consulting with us about our style preferences and budget. She then helped us to create a plan including paint colors, floor finishes, painting/reorganizing existing cabinets, lighting fixtures, cabinet hardware, furniture, fireplace design, backsplash tile, countertop material and overall design plans. She worked seamlessly with our contractor and always collaborated in an effective and friendly manner. She was responsive, punctual, and reliable. One of Liz's many strengths is her ability to use our existing artwork and decorative items in the new spaces to create a home which was fresh and beautiful but most definitely our house. Treasured family items were seamlessly integrated into the updated space. When we became overwhelmed or confused about design choices, she was able to guide us in a direction and get us back on track. Liz was always conscious about finances and would carefully choose when to spend on higher end items. Likewise, she was able to find very cost efficient and beautiful items at cost effective stores. In fact one of our favorite lighting elements was purchased on line from Home Depot. Liz was always happy and enthusiastic about our project. She truly seemed to enjoy helping us and took great pride in her work. One of our favorite parts of the project came at the end. She styled the house for us while we were at work. By combining our existing items with a few carefully curated additions of her own we literally had an HGTV reveal. All that was missing were the cameras. We came home and could not believe how beautiful our home looked and how creatively she used our beloved treasures. Liz has a beautiful design aesthetic, a wonderful and kind personality. She is creative, collaborative and responsive. Working with Liz was a pure joy and we are immensely grateful for the magic she worked in our home.
