Liz is an outstanding staging professional who listened to the needs of my clients and understood my job as a realtor. We collaborated and soon afterwards she got what needed to be done. Liz transformed a home that looked old fashioned and tired into a home that was attractive, vibrant and inviting. We had a full price, all cash offer on the first day! Liz was immediately friendly and incisive in identifying aspects that could be quickly and easily addressed so that prospective buyers could more fully see the all the house’s best features rather than being turned off/distracted by antique furniture and artwork on the walls. We collaborated on what adjustments would be most beneficial of what stayed and was repositioned and what needed to be removed and/or replaced through her inventory or my nominal purchases. Her reasonably priced and fully descriptive proposal detailed what services she would provide and what my responsibilities as the homeowner would be. Liz is flexible and accommodating, extremely timely in responses and follow through on issues. She has developed a smoothly running operation that includes current and appropriate inventory, efficient and careful movers and access to easy and well-priced temporary storage. She carefully curated my belongings with the pieces from her inventory. The new listing photos were markedly better than the original listing’s and the online and in person response to the new listing was immediate! My house went under contract for 98+% of list in less than 2 weeks due to large part to Liz's expertise, keen design and staging eye.

After muddling through the angst of having my house on the market for over 90 days, I knew that something more had to be done to get it to sell. I called my real estate agent, and asked her if she knew of a stager in the area. She told me about Liz, and I immediately called her. I was in a bit of a time crunch, and she came within a day or two. She walked through the house with me, suggesting minor changes. We have similar tastes, and I was excited about her ideas. Working with my schedule, she brought rental furniture in, had some heavy furniture of mine moved, and transformed the first floor of my house. It looks beautiful!
