From our initial consultation to the sale of our house when they removed all of their staging items it was a seamless experience for our family. I had such a wonderful experience with Leia Ward and her team at LTW Design. We did a kitchen/dining area room renovation and I wanted some help with decorating it in a way that was both functional for our family and aesthetically pleasing. 3 Offers in The First Week!!
We are beyond happy with the services provided by LTW design. Leia is fantastic, we found her to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. We initially hired the company for a pre-lisitng consultation and then continued with a full staging. Leia provided everything we needed to prepare our home for sale (paint color, light fixtures, what to remove, etc). Her team brought in their furnishings and wow! What a transformation. We had 3 offers the first week and the buyers ended up in a bidding war. We know that if we didn’t have Leia’s expertise, the outcome would be very different. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We cannot say enough about how easy and seamless the entire experience was. We highly recommend LTW Design.

Our experience with LTW design and Leia in particular was more than I could have wished for. Her taste is lovely. She worked above and beyond to get everything in the space and remove what needed to be removed. She always answered calls promptly and kindly. She hired for us carpenters to do the extra bits and pieces we needed to get the house in it’s best selling condition. And she even came while the photos were being taken of the house for the realtor. She rushed to meet our deadline too. I would highly recommend working with her and LTW. I think it will make a great difference as to how timely we sell our house.

She knows how long the job will take, she does what she says she will do when she says she will. She is a true pleasure to work with. Our client has a beautiful home and had it decorated for their personal style. When it came to selling the house, we wanted the bones of the house to shine through along with the gorgeous lake view.
