We have used Madison Modern Home for our last three projects and they are incredible. Mad Mod has truly brought our designs to life, and we cannot say enough about them, both in design quality and professionalism. Everything has gone off without a hitch, and they really listen to what we are looking for and make sure it happens. When we (once) wanted a change, they were back out immediately to make the change. Our only hesitation in providing this review is that we want to keep them to ourselves!

We had a great experience with Robin and Rachel. They have great work ethics as well as great taste. They came to our house once for an initial meeting and took pictures. We didn't see them again but when my husband got home from work on the day of installation he was in a totally decorated beautiful home. Every room was perfect. The house sold the first day on the market. In part I believe because the staging made the entire house look so comfortable and homey. I wish they could come decorate my new home.

Madison Modern Home is a great staging company to use because they not only get that a home needs to be sold, but they help create a look and lifestyle that fits the project so a buyer walks in and can immediately see themselves living in the space. Other staggers I've seen either throw in a piece of furniture just to fill the space or have bad quality pieces making the space look worse than it should be. I've referred them out to every development project that I've worked on and every client has been ecstatic about how it's come out. That's why I keep using them after my interior design projects are done.

Robin, Ernie and Rachel are truly talented with their staging and have a natural sense of utilizing space in a functional way. Robin's team staged a condo listing of ours in which we had a strict timeline as to dates in which we needed the property ready to photograph and hit the market. Robin's team was fantastic not only in the staging process, but also with their communication skills beforehand to make sure all the working parts were in order and on track. They made the staging process effortless, enjoyable and we knew we could place all of our trust in them to meet our deadline. Robin's team is able to work with us and our clientele so that staging a home with any budget can be possible. I would highly suggest Robin, Ernie and Rachel's expertise and design knowledge when considering staging a home!
