I put my second house up for a sale and had Pat stage it. I’ve never had a house staged before. Pat was recommended by another stager whom I was originally talked with but not available. Since it is s large house, I was worried about the stage cost and the possible long selling time. Even before I shared my concerns and budget constraint, Pat told me how I should stage the areas and rooms with the maximum effect but cost effective. She negotiated discount with furniture rental provide. When I saw the finished staging, I was so happy and excited. She did an outstanding amazing work to highlight my beautiful house and make me feel to move back. She is very professional, friendly with strong work ethic. She takes pride in her work and love what she does. She is very detail ized. (She ironed bed lines when finished and did not miss any small corners!!!!) I was very hesitating on hiring stager but now I am so glad I did. Pat is a pleasure to work with, very easy going and like to share. Her great work meets my expectation and worth the money I paid. Outstanding Job Well done!

We needed help editing and updating our decorating when putting our house on the market; Marie Kelly Unlimited came to the rescue. Pleasant, timely and easy to work with, she was able to give us honest advice and helped to streamline the process. We appreciated her use of current possessions which helped limit expenses. She was able to take a pillow or table and use it in different room in a way that we would never have dreamed. I think Patricia did a wonderful job with the house. She went through the house and did a thorough inspection of what needed to be changed and then went ahead and moved furniture to make things look great! She even sent some suggestions of framed pictures to buy to make the place look even better.

Pat did an outstanding job for us. Our home had been on the market for close to nine months and we were at our wits end after a deal fell through at closing. Pat was able to assess some problem areas for our house, come up with a beautiful design for key focal areas for the house. She worked with the furniture rental company, so all we had to do was sign contracts and arrange payment and we were all set. Ten days after the staging our house sold at listing price. Pat's diligence and determination, I believe, were instrumental in taking this vacant box into a dream home for the prospective buyer.
