My house had been on the market for a year and I was just about to go on a sailing adventure. I went out to dinner with friends and explained my dilemna. They told me about Anna Marshall and how she staged their house and within 2 weeks it sold. I decided I had nothing to loose . I called her and the next day she called back and we set up an appt. We had such a great experience working with Anna Marshall at MDG Estates. We took over a listing that had been on the market for over 2 1/2 years and had not sold. Although beautifully built and furnished, the finishes and furnishings were a bit dark, heavy and dated in the opinion of today's home buyer. If you want to sell your house fast, use Anna Marshall of MDG estates. Our house sold within two weeks after listing, pleasingly above asking price even though the home was older and had many problems and needed many upgrades. Anna made the property beautiful and made it look very "high end". Anna handled everything and her support services and advice took the headache and worry out of my hands. All within three weeks! When I needed landscaping, her team did everything in one day beautifully and at a reasonable price. Her cleaning crew also was fast, thorough and affordable. Painters the same. (We actually only used our own window cleaners!) Anna is fast, efficient and easy to work with. She staged twice the amount of space that another stager agreed to do and at only slightly more cost. She incorporates a modern look but still uses traditional elements which is very timeless and expensive looking. Her advice alone will sell your house. FAST. Anna and her team were fabulous to work with. During our intial meeting, Anna offered terrific design suggestions to help showcase the architectual details of the home and the views of the beach and ocean. When we were ready for the installation, Anna and her team showed up with 3 trucks and were able to get all the furniture, art work and accessories in place in one day. The transformation was incredible. The home had a fresh, updated look to appeal to many buyers. The new colors opened up the rooms so that one's eyes were drawn to the special features of the home and the views of the ocean below.
